Every sentence of this video was worthwhile to hear. If Planned Parenthood gets defunded we will feel the repercussions, and they won’t be good. Can you imagine a country without Planned Parenthood or Medicare/Medicaid? That’s where some politicians want us to be. It’s inhumane and completely unlike anything any first class country in the world should resort to. The money saved by providing preventative care saves EVERYONE in the long run. Healthy citizens pay more taxes. YOU pay in the long run when an uninsured person has to receive medical care they can’t afford, because the facility is forced to raise prices to compensate for lost revenue. Open your eyes and see past your narrow-minded desire to insure you and only you, lest you have to pay a dime to help anyone else. Your greedy, individualistic American mentality is not helping you or your country.

Pelosi is an idealist working in the practical now. She genuinely sees her party as a vehicle for good and her pragmatism is not the least bit cynical. She is the most powerful woman in the country, the most fearless person on Capitol Hill and on track to be one of the most productive speakers in history.
I don’t know about you, but that kind of knocks me out.
